This splendid family property is situated directly above the sea, at a height of only 50 m above the fine Paramonas beach on a small hill, surrounded by vineyards and pine trees. There are 5 different buildings, nestling on the hillside in a semicircle, forming an inner courtyard. The individual houses are grouped in interlocked rows and columns, creating the layout of a traditional village. In the interplay of sea, light and sun the house walls in earth colours with their white, brown and green shutters, the small alleys and nooks and the stone steps are rich in contrast to the blue sky. The semi-detached houses IRINI, DIONISIS and ALIKI, the duplex NIKI and ELENI and the holiday apartments VASSILIS und DINA are especially suitable for social people. Ideal for families or friendly couples who want to spend the best time of the year together, yet live independently.
The semi-detached house ALIKI is on the backside of the semi-detached house DIONISIS and can be accessed via the inner courtyard. At the side and behind the two-storey house NIKI / ELENI there is a small path along wine and kitchen gardens leading to the house ALIKI. This is a well-maintained and functionally furnished semi-detached house in a wonderful setting with a separate entrance. The semi-detached house was renovated in 2008. It is surrounded by vineyards in an idyllic, quiet and romantic setting. In front of the house there is a garden with flowers. Adjoining to the kitchen are bath and bedroom. From the kitchen and the bedroom you have direct access to the roofed entrance terrace where you have a wonderful view of the garden and the forested hillsides of the Pankrator.
