This former estate is situated at an elevated point above the Neretva river canyon and the terrace offers marvellous views to the sea. Below the terrace is an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by shady places. The old style has been preserved with many unique details. Masters and their servants used to spend their holidays here. The apartment with a bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen has a separate entrance. There is another bathroom and a cloakroom which is very convenient when the house is full of guests. Also the air-conditioning makes a stay in this house very pleasant. The fenced-in property consists of an enchanting Mediterranean garden with olive trees, cacti, small palms and aloe and you can spend many pleasant hours together with friends and family in this garden. The grill makes a nice barbecue possible. Let the many gastronomical offers from this region seduce you and try the specialities such as Neretva-Frosch-Brodetto. There are only a couple of kilometres to the second largest harbour, Ploce, and an hour's drive to the historic town Dubrovnik. A bit further is the village Ston, and as the locals say: It is a sin to visit Ston without trying the Ston clamps!

    “Das Haus besteht aus einer getrennten, größeren und einer kleineren Wohneinheit. Pool, Garten und Grillstelle sind echt super. Die Haustechnik, Küchenausstattung ist z.T. etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber insgesamt brauchbar und okay. Die Küche der kleineren Wohneinheit war nicht ausgestattet. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 10 bzw. 15 km entfernt. PKW zwingend erforderlich. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist etwas abenteuerlich (Schotterweg), nichts für tiefliegende Spoiler.”

    “Das Objekt hat eine Traumlage! Der Blick über die Bucht ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön und die alten Olivenbäume spenden einen herrlichen Naturschatten! Der Pool ist top gepflegt und liegt in einer sehr schönen Gartenanlage. Das Haus ist etwas ungewöhnlich auf verschiedenen Ebenen angelegt, was aber auch einen gewissen Reiz hat. Die Terrassen sind gemütlich ausgestattet und bieten ebenfalls einen tollen Blick aufs Meer! Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet - leider gab es in der Küche ein Problem mit dem Stromanschluss und dadurch haben Waschmaschine, Backrohr und Mikrowelle nicht funktioniert. Der Geschirrspüler war schon veraltet und spülte leider nicht sauber.

    Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist zum Teil nur eine schlecht ausgebaute Schotter-/Steinstraße. Da in einem Nebengebäude Bauarbeiten durchgeführt wurden und auch LKWs die Zufahrt benutzet haben, wurde der Zustand der Straße immer schlechter. Wagen mit tiefem Radstand können diese nicht mehr benutzen. Danach folgte eine steile Betonstraße, daher war ein Fußmarsch zum Haus nicht empfehlenswert.”
