A new house (built 2010) in unique surroundings. Magnificent view to the glacier and to the sea.

    “Das Haus liegt einfach nur genial mit Blick auf Snaefellsjökull (noch: Es werden dort 3 weitere Häuser gebaut!), Meer, Schafen und ruhig/abseits der Touristikströme in einer kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung mit ansprechenden Häusern.

    Es ist wunderschön geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wirklich alles vorhanden. Nun auch WLAN und Fernseher. Der Besitzer Ist sehr sympathisch und spricht sehr gut deutsch.

    “Das Haus ist super. Alles sauber und sehr chic. Die Lage ist traumhaft und der Blick einmalig. Vorn Ozean. Hinten Gletscher. Aber: die Mietbedingungen sind unzumutbar: 2 Wochen vor der Anreise bekommt man 5 Formulare. In Island muss man dann an einem anderen Ort den Pincode abholen (geht das nicht per Mail?). Im Haus erwarten einen Instruktionen wie beim Militär. Man muss alles selbst peinlichst genau reinigen, incl. Staubwischen etc. Bei Unkorrektheiten Strafandrohung von mindestens 300Euro. Ich möchte in meinem Urlaub nicht irgendwo hin fahren, um einen Pin zu erhalten und ich möchte auch keine Tiefenreinigung vornehmen. Außerdem gibt es keine Handtücher und Geschirrtücher. Man müsste auch darauf hinweisen, dass die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit 30 km entfernt ist....
    Mit ein wenig Service wäre das Haus ideal.”

    “Super gepflegtes kleines Häuschen. Gute Ausstattung, wir verbrachten 1 Woche in diesem Häuschen. Einzig mit dem Fernseher hatten wir keinen Empfang und es gibt auch kein WLAN.”
