This spectacular luxury villa is situated in Playa Blanca, in the south of Lanzarote. It has a total surface of 500 m2 and 200 m2 of living space. As it is situated on a high area, it has fantastic views of the Papagayo beaches, Fuerteventura and Isla de Lobos. This villa, with a maximum capacity of 8 people, is built, furnished and equipped with materials of the highest of qualities.
It is not considered necessary to rent a car, as the villa is just a 10 minute walk from the nearest beach, as well as from a commercial area with shops and restaurants.
About the distribution, it has a large living room (90m2) with a pool table and another living/dining room with LCD TV, satellite TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped. The main bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath and separate shower. It has four bedrooms: 2 with double beds and en-suite bathroom and 2 with twin beds. Additionally, the villa counts with a half-bathroom and air conditioning. Outside, there is a private, heated swimming pool (8 x 4 m) and a Jacuzzi.
It is very well located as taxi rank and supermarket is just 4 minutes walk. Playa Blanca centre, with a wide variety of leisure activities, shops, restaurants, beaches...is just 20 min walking.

    “Schönes Haus, leider in die Jahre gekommen. Das untere Bad liess sich nicht verschliessen. Im Bad oben ging die Tür nur schwer zu verschliessen. Draussen ging kein Licht. Betätigte man die Schalter flog die Sicherung raus. Ebenso bei der Klingel. Die Abflüsse draussen waren verstopft, was zur Folge hatte, dass das Wasser bei einem Regentag im Haus war.
    Die Lage war super und es war auch alles sauber. Den Pool haben wir gerne und oft genutzt. Ebenso wie den Whirlpool”

    “Dear Sir,

    Thanks so much for your message!. One of the outside lamps was broken and was causing a short-circuit when the switch was turn on. After your departure we revised all the lighting system and after finding where the problem was, we replaced this lamp for a new one.

    I am truly sorry about the drain issue. As Lanzarote is an island with a lot of dust, we should have revised and cleaned this drain more often. It seldom rains here, I guess this is why the staff did not realize about this problem until the water arrived heavily during a couple of days. After your review, this drain was opened and cleaned properly. I have also established with our Villa Manager a periodical drain cleaning.

    As for the rest, I do agree with you. We do have to renew in order not to decrease the quality. Just after your departure, as we had one week with no occupancy, some improvements took place at the villa. Outside lighting is now better as more light points have been added and the whole house has been painted. Additionally, the roof of the terrace ( pergola) has been covered so guests can now enjoy a shadow area in the house. I have to add new pictures, I will do it in May/ June as we are planning a couple more changes so I will update the photos when everything is done.

    “Voor deze prijs was het een heerlijke vakantie! Wij zijn met 7 20-ers geweest en werden gewoon behandeld als volwassenen. Na een aantal beoordelingen op TUI maakte ik me een beetje zorgen. Maar wij hebben nergens last van gehad! Daniel (de verhuurder) was een super aardige man en heeft alles heel goed uitgelegd. Het huisje was goed schoon en zag er mooi uit. De boiler van het huisje werd vervangen waarna we geen warm water hadden. Ik heb Daniel geappt en kreeg binnen 5 minuten antwoord. Uiteindelijk kwam ik er achter dat de stekker niet in het stopcontact zat. Waarop ik veel excuses kreeg. Dit was echter niet Daniel zijn fout maar die van de mannen die hem hebben opgehangen. Daniel is een hele vriendelijke man die echt wil dat je het naar je zin hebt. Ik wil hem graag bedanken voor deze onvergetelijke vakantie!”

    “In general the villa was exactly what we hoped for. It was huge and great for our family group of 8, It was clean and whilst not being tatty it maybe just needs painting again. There were a few concerns: The fact that many of the other villas appeared to be empty and neglected (over grown with weeds etc.) brings the tone of Vista Lobos down. Another issue was the fact that our villa was 20 meters from the road/taxi rank but because there's no shared gate allowing access on the site we had to walk back on ourselves through the complex, up a ramp and return towards the taxi rank on the back road.
    With regards to security of the villa, we felt uneasy that there was no real secure locks on the double doors, especially those leading from the pool to the downstairs area, where we had a child sleeping. So in summary and thinking about returning (which we would consider) the above concerns would present a stumbling block to us returning to what could be the perfect holiday villa.”

    Thanks so much for your feedback. I am afraid we cannot do anything regarding a secondary entrance to the complex, closer to the main road, which would be great ;) But due to regulations and security items, there has to be a single access to the Residential Vista Lobos.

    As for our door locks, we are not considering changing our system by the moment. Our doors cannot be open from the outside, just from the inside. So far, we consider this system fine enough. Nonetheless, I might take your suggestion into account in the future. In this case, you will be informed about this improvement ;D
