Holiday home With tiled stove and garden with barbecue facilities at the tennis court

The standig individually holiday home is rustic furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For exclusive use are available: grill possibility, garden furniture and fire place. At the house is a tennis court available (for shared use with holiday house CSR EZG 027).

Rotava, 560 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Holiday house CSR EZG 027 (6 persons) is situated on the outskirts. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 100 m). Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property.

Separate toilet with WC. Bedroom.

    “Es ist durch die Holzheizung sehr gemütlich und wohlig, natürlich hat man dadurch auch immer etwas Schmutz. Aber das war nicht störend.
    Die Lage ist seht idyllisch und ruhig.”

    “Für ältere Leute mit Knieprobleme wegen der vielen Holztreppen nicht empfehlenswert. Die Sauberkeit lässt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig.”

    “Es tut uns sehr leid, dass trotz bester Vorbereitungen nicht alles wunschgemäß abgelaufen ist. Aus der Beschreibung heraus war erkennbar, dass sich das haus über mehrere Etagen erstreckt. Wir empfehlen, Kritiken zur Sauberkeit unbedingt an den Vermieter vor Ort heranzutragen, zumal bei Schlüssel- und Wohnungsübergabe mit ihm gesprochen wird. Somit kann direkt Abhilfe geleistet werden.”

    “Das Haus selbst bietet viele Möglichkeiten, jedoch der innere Zustand lässt zu wünschen übrig. In der Küche müsste für die Optik das Laminat erneuert werden, im unteren Bad sieht die Wanne sehr unschön aus und der Duschkopf ist kaputt. Die Schränke lassen sich zum Teil nicht schließen, da sie einfach zu alt sind. Mit tatsächlich 13 Personen möchte man hier keinen Urlaub verbringen, da in der unteren Stube zwei Betten stehen und man diese als solches nicht wirklich nutzen kann.
    Die Sauberkeit war im großen und ganzen ok, Bettwäsche frisch etc. Man sollte nur nicht an die Decke und die Ecken schauen, da überall Spinnweben zu verzeichnen waren.”
