This luxurious vacation home for up to four people with a swimming pool and numerous extras is located on a 1,500 m² property in Matulji-Bregi, above the pretty small town of Opatija.

The 114 m² living space, which is modern, exclusive and furnished with great attention to detail, is divided into two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living / dining room with kitchen. Living and dining room are bright and friendly in country style. The living area leads to the balcony, which offers a spectacular view over the property to the sea and the Kvarner Bay.

Outside there is the large swimming pool with loungers, parasol and outdoor shower as well as a jacuzzi and a bar. Next to it are two tennis courts, one of which you can use free of charge for 3 hours / day.

Additional features include air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV, grill, wine storage cabinet, ice machine, multi-room audio system (pool area, terrace, living room, bathroom 1 and 2, there are speakers), transferable via lap-top or mp3 player, iPhone etc. (controllable over 2 stations).

A cot can be booked on request.

The owner of this wonderful domicile lives on the same property, but in a different building, so that you can enjoy your vacation undisturbed in this wonderful property.
