The holiday home offers a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a modern fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with washing machine, terrace and a beautiful garden. You can park directly at the house.

Bad St. Leonhard is located in the center of the Paracelsius region in the upper Lavanttal and enjoys a good reputation as a spa and rehabilitation location.     “Das Haus liegt ca. 15 min. abseits vom Dorf; teilweise über landwirtschaftliche Wege…
    Großer Garten, toller Blick, umgeben von Kuhweiden. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten (ich hätte mir noch ein Bügelbrett/-eisen gewünscht).

    Wir hatten einen Hund dabei. Im Haus und im großen Garten hat das super geklappt. Was schwierig war ist das spazieren gehen in direkter Hausnähe, weil man - egal in welche Richtung - über Kuhweiden musste auf denen Muttertierhaltung betrieben wurde. D. h. die kleinen Kälbchen wurden von der Mutter verteidigt. Selbst im Wald laufen die Kühe. Wir sind dann immer erst im Ort spazieren gegangen, wenn wir zum Ausflug gestartet sind.
    Natur pur. Schlechter Internetempfang - was ja auch mal ein tolles Erlebnis sein kann.

    Der Vermieter war sehr nett.”

    “Sauberes Haus mit einfacher aber zweckmässiger Aussstattung, Wir haben dort zwei schöne Wochen im Oktober verbracht. Dank des kleinen Ofens in der Küche konnten wir die ganze untere Etage auf Wohlfühltemperatur bringen. Die obere Etage ist eher für Kinder, die dort ihr eigenes Reich haben.
    Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und umgeben von Kuhweiden und Wald. Unsere beiden Hunden haben sich sauwohl gefühlt.
    Die Anfahrt vom Ort bis zur Hütte zieht sich über zähe 7 Km den Berg hinauf. Die Lage der Hütte entschädigt dafür mit herrlichem Ausblick in die umliegenden Berge und angrenzenden Wanderwegen. Die Quellwanderwege sind gut ausgeschildert und gut begehbar.”
