Modern Apartment in Luz De Tavira with Beautiful Garden

The holiday apartment is located in Amaro-Gonçalves along the beautiful Algarve. The location is in a very quiet setting in the midst of orange plantation. The apartment is part of the Casa de Campo, an old farmhouse, which was lovingly renovated between 1998 and 2000. During conversion one tried to retain characteristic architectural elements and offer all comforts one would expect from a modern apartment. During renovation the apartment was divided into two separate holiday apartments which can be rented individually or separately.

The about 90 m² large semi-detached house has two bedrooms with double beds (a bed for a kid/additional bed can be provided), a kitchen with dining area, a cosy living room as well as bathroom with bathtub. The accommodation is suitable for up to four people. The living area has a TV with satellite receiver, DVD and CD player, radio and fireplace. In the kitchen there is an oven, cooker, fridge, microwave and much more. A dining area is also provided.

Both accommodation units have a terrace with large table, loungers and sun shades. From the terrace you are able to access a large garden with different types of fruit like oranges, peaches, figs, almonds, olives and other types of fruit and herbs. The guests are allowed to pick all fruits in the garden. Under the large olive tree you will find a grill where you can prepare fresh fish which can be purchased from the fish markets. On the property there is parking space available for three vehicles.

The small town Amaro-Gonçalves is 300 metres away where one can also find a grocery. It is a quiet location but equally central as one can easily reach the next beaches and towns. Tavira is about eight kilometres, Olhão twelve kilometres, the beach of Fuzeta around four kilometres, Pedras d´el Rei beach five kilometres and Faro Airport 30 kilometres away. One can reach a sandy beach with boat rental as well as further water sport options in about three kilometres. Further recreational facilities like a golf course and tennis courts are just a few kilometres away. Airport pick-up from the airport which is 30 kilometres away can be arranged subject to a charge.
