    “Vorteile:
    sehr günstige Gelegenheit (sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis), eine Unterkunft für bis zu 13 Personen zu mieten, besonders auch für Familien. Drei Schlafräume sind sehr geräumig. Sehr gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum (s. Bilder des Objekts) mit Kachelofen. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (allerdings keine Auflaufformen).

    Nachteile:
    - Kühlschrank ist bei Vollbelegung zu klein
    - Stromkosten im Winter sehr hoch, da alles elektrisch beheizt wird.
    - nur eine Toilette und nur eine Dusche.
    - etwas hellhörig.”
