"Reinbacher (GBM100)", 4-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and rustic furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV. Exit to the garden. 1 small room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table and dining nook. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. Bath/shower/WC, double hand-basin. Oil heating. Balcony, large terrace roofed. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

Beautiful, rustic cottage "Reinbacher", 800 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees and meadows. 1.5 km from the centre of Gröbming, on the outskirts, 13 km from the centre of Haus im Ennstal, 20 km from the centre of Schladming, directly by the stream, in the countryside. For shared use: large, well-kept garden with lawn and plants. Private: table tennis. In the house: infrared sauna, table football, trampoline, storage room for skis, bicycles available. Bread roll service. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, railway station "Stein an der Enns" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 20 km. Golf course (18 hole) 16 km, tennis 1.5 km, mountain railway 14 km, ski lift 11 km, cross country ski track 100 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

    “Das Haus befindet sich an einem kleinen Bach am Ortsrand von Gröbming. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber völlig ausreichend. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich. Insgesamt ein gutes Haus zum fairen Preis.”

    “Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Als vierköpfige Familie haben wir nichts vermisst. Die Lage ist gut. Man kann alle Ausflugsziele und Wanderrouten in kürzester Zeit erreichen. Das ganze Haus war inklusive Garten, riesen Carport Top gepflegt und sehr sauber. Spitzen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis”

    “Das Haus ist sehr gut und qualitativ hochwertig ausgestattet. Es gibt einfach alles, neben den üblichen Standards und der gut bestückten Küche auch eine Waschmaschine, Tischtennisplatte, Fahrräder, Bücher und jede Menge Kinderspielzeug.”
