    “Ein wunderschönes Haus in gepflegter Umgebung, mit allem, was man sich nur wünscht. Ein bequemes Bett, ein schönes Bad, die Küche mit allem, was man braucht, ein toller Pool mit schönem Außenbereich, was will man mehr?
    Das Tüpfelchem auf dem i ist der See an dem dieses Haus liegt und wenn man mag, kann man jeden Tag drei fast zahme Wildenten füttern, die immer brav angewatschelt kommen, wenn sie merken, dass jemand da ist.
