The spacious two-room holiday apartment is located on the first floor in a partially renovated apartment building in the quiet Arvins neighborhood at the foot of the Albula Pass in La Punt. The entrance welcomes you with plenty of storage space thanks to built-in closet and wardrobe. From the open living and dining area you enjoy direct access to the outdoor seating area and the associated garden. The fully equipped kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, fonduecaquelon and racletteöfeli, as well as modern designer tableware. From the sofa you can enjoy the mountain view from the panoramic window during the day and the cozy hours in front of the chéminée in the evening. Thanks to the comfortable box spring bed with firm-soft mattresses and the new comforters and pillows dressed in hotel linen, you will find your optimal sleep. In the stylish built-in wardrobes in the bedroom your luggage is quickly taken care of. The bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and shower. First class terry linen is provided for you. In the basement there is a laundry room and ski room for shared use. The mountain bike or skis can be stored in the lockable garage box. In addition, the apartment has an outdoor parking space for your car. You can reach the train station in a few minutes on foot. La Punt is an ideal starting point for hiking and mountain biking in summer and for ski tours, cross-country skiing, walking and sledding in winter.

What mountains. What lakes. What light! Whether on the 580km (360 miles) of hiking paths strewn over all the mountains or by mountain bike along 400km (250 miles) of fabulous trails: the Upper Engadin offers a superb network of paths and trails amidst an unspoilt Alpine landscape and the inspiring lake plateau. Four flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages.  


In winter, the ski areas of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family friendly Zuoz invite ski and snowboard enthusiasts to revel in 350 kilometres (218 miles) of the finest powder snow. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.  


Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.

La Punt is characterised by its old patrician houses standing at the foot of the Albula Pass. The former farming village of Chamues-ch, on the other hand, enjoys a strategically favourable location at the entrance of the mysterious “valley of the chamois” – the Val Chamuera. Still today, the inhabitants are proud of their richly adorned farmhouses and magnificent patrician houses dating from the 16th and 17th centuries. And, of course, of the first-class cuisine served in the over 450-year old Hotel Gasthaus. The surrounding region invites guests to undertake varied tours by mountain bike or racing bike, on inline skates or on foot. Awaiting families are pleasant playgrounds and BBQ areas by the water. Meanwhile, idyllic cross-country ski trails, snowshoe treks and ski tours, as well as the Müsella ski lift, promise endless winter fun.
