Staff wear gloves for cleaning.* This spacious and beautifully designed three-bedroom home is located in Battersea just off the Thames and a short walk away from Battersea Park. It has been fantastically redesigned throughout and features a beautiful patio and garden. Perfect for families or groups of travellers alike. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the home in perfect condition.

This three-bed home has been beautifully renovated with a modern minimalist style featuring warm colours and a trendy interior. Bright, airy, functional - it's the perfect spot for a group of travellers or a family looking to get access to all the best London has to offer. The living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor, and includes a large sofa and armchairs for you to cosy up on. It leads right into the stunning kitchen which has been redesigned to the highest standard and has a multitude of amenities. There is also a cozy patio and front garden, both ideal to relax on during warm weather days. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and a master bedroom on the second floor. All maintain this trendy and modern vibe in its throws and selection of decor. All bedrooms come equipped with stylish en suites and there is a smaller restroom on the ground floor as well. The house maintains an inviting vibe, and you'll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or enjoying some fresh breakfast on the terrace.

The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the home free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Very close to Battersea Park, this home is the perfect location for friends or family looking to get the most out of what London has to offer. You will be surrounded by a variety of great restaurants and bars, let alone fantastic parks. With transport links in easy reach, you have easy access to anywhere in London.

London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. The home sits closest to Imperial Wharf Station (Overground and Southern line) so you have easy access to anywhere in London. You’ll also be able to catch a bus or hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around. If you fancy walking, a variety of attractions are around a 30-minute walk away.

The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.

Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this home. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this home and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!

Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour. By staying in this apartment you are agreeing to the tidying service, and accommodating viewings as requested. This apartment is cosy, captivating and a pleasure to stay in.
