The holiday home is located right by the owner's private lake / pond. Here are good beds for 4 people. The house has two bedrooms. One room has a double bed and the other has two single beds.
There is a glass-covered porch with a dining table. The kitchen is connected to the living room, which is furnished with a nice corner sofa and a dining table. There is also TV with Swedish and many German channels. The house also has internet.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a stove, a refrigerator, a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, coffee machine, etc. The bathroom has a toilet and a shower.
On the terrace there is patio furniture and a barbecue.
The house is beautifully situated on the east coast of Øland, east of the popular Köpingsvik. The eastern part of Øland is the slightly quieter part with less traffic on the roads and fewer people on the east coast beaches.
There are wonderful excursion opportunities both south and north on this beautiful island. You come to Øland via the very beautiful Øland Bridge from the Småland coastal town of Kalmar. It is free to drive over the bridge.
Sauna can be rented on site for SEK 600 per. bath. Wilderness baths can also be rented on site for SEK 600 per. bath. Bicycles can be rented for SEK 100 per. Day.
There is a mandatory final cleaning.
