Holiday House in Costa del Sol with Private heated Pool and Beautiful Views

HEATED SWIMMING POOL !! Fantastic villa and separate, attached apartment. Sleeping 12 persons. Situated just outside the village of Comares. The villa has 3 bedrooms in the main house and a further 2 bedrooms in the attached apartment. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 lounges, kitchen, private heated swimming pool and many terraces with beautiful views. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and the living room in the main house, on a pay as you use basis. In an outstanding location amidst almond and olive groves and with magnificent views of Mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, the villa is located on a country road, with a short area from the road to the house. It is a house with a beautiful swimming pool and lovely terraces, some being shaded to enjoy outdoor dinners. There is also an outdoor summer kitchen. All with fantastic views. The house is well equipped and furnished to a excellent standard. PLEASE NOTE, THE PERSON MAKING THE RESERVATION MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 25 YEARS OF AGE. The heated swimming pool is available from April 1 to November 15. All our villa’s are situated in wonderful natural environment and quiet village areas. Therefore these houses are ideal for holidays for families and groups who are looking for these characteristics and appreciate them. So please note that the villas are not suitable and available for noisy party holidays.



Monthly rentals (28 days or more) do NOT include electricity, gas bottles (if required) and pellets for the pellets stove.It is possible to rent the villa monthly from January to March.


Air conditioning costs: a package per week is included in your stay, after which you pay for what you use.



Large terraces surround the swimming pool, all with magnificent views. There is a large outdoor barbecue with sink for cooking outside. There are sunbeds and shady areas. The villa is surrounded by orange, lemon and almond trees, help yourself!

The village of Comares, the most beautiful White village in the Axarquia, is delightful. It is 5 minutes, by car, from the villa and has bars, banks, shops, bakers, restaurants, Pharmacy and Doctor. There is also an excellent bar/restaurant and a small shop in the hamlet of Los Ventorros, which is close to the village of Comares and is just a few minutes walk from the villa. Malaga and the city is one hours drive from the house. You can also visit Granada in 90 minutes. The house is perfect for visiting other parts of Andalucia, like, Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. This area of Southern Spain has the best climate of all of Europe and has excellent temperaturas throughout the year. Come and discover the pretty village of Comares and the life of Andalucia. Torre del Mar is the nearest beach and is around 30 minutes drive. It has an attractive beach and promenade where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for adults and children. Pedregalejo, 5km west of Malaga city centre, is another popular beach and promenade with many bars and restaurants. Nerja with its famous caves and stunning views over the Med are all about 1 hour, and the journey on the coast road from Nerja to Comares is superb!

    “Et rigtigt dejligt hus i bjergene med fantastisk udsigt.
    Huset har masser af udenoms plads med en dejlig stor grill og havemøbler så de fleste middage blev nydt på terassen. Huset har en dejlig pool som ikke helt kommer til sin ret på billederne - sengene var spansk kvalitet og ikke helt den standard vi kender herhjemme. Alt i alt et rigtigt dejligt hus vi sagtens ville leje igen.Huset vi lejede ligger ca. 3,5 km. fra comares, så det kræver lidt bil kørsel i bjergene at shoppe.”

    “Villa agréable par son confort de loisirs, villa agréable par sa situation géographique, petits détails à améliorer: malgré sa grande capacité en literie, cette dernière reste très moyenne, ainsi que la vaisselle , limitée pour cette capacité, malgré tout d'autres avantages: le propriétaire sympa est à l'écoute pour tout problème et le résoudre rapidement. Bonne qualité des prestations et matériels mis à disposition.”

    “Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, einfach eingerichtet, aber es ist alles da was man braucht.Beschreibung dazu ist komplett.In der Küche herrscht keine deutsche Ordnung, aber es ist sauber.
    Der beheizte Swimmingpool ist super, funktioniert einwandfrei und macht das Baden zu jeder Tages und Nachtzeit möglich.Hatten auch Brennholz bestellt, war bei Anreise da, hat also gut geklappt.
    Sehr schön die Lage und Aussicht phantastisch in den Bergen und sehr ruhig, man kann das Meer .
    sehen.
    Etwas schade fanden wir das die angegebene Entfernung zum Baden/Meer nicht stimmt, erste Möglichkeit zum Baden ist Torres del Mar , Minimum 40 Minuten Fahrtzeit, da das Haus sehr einsam und hoch in den Bergen liegt und die Straße durch die Serpentinen nur sehr langsam zu befahren ist.”
