Fantastic sea views are a major feature of this seaside coastal retreat with views across Woolacombe beach, Morte Point & to Lundy Island with breath-taking views enjoyed from the open plan lounge diner, master bedroom and spacious roof terrace. Location could not be better from Pipers Pool - in an elevated position above the unspoilt Grunta Beach (which can be accessed only by foot) and is very close to the surfing beaches of Combesgate and Woolacombe, you are surrounded by beautiful National Trust land, with many walks close by, including the breath-taking Morte Point.

This coastal three-bedroom bungalow has the benefit of two en-suite bathrooms and a family bathroom with shower and a lovely enclosed rear courtyard for more sheltered dining. Relax and unwind in the evening after a day exploring with use of the warming log burner or why not take a glass of something chilled up to the large roof terrace and enjoy watching the sunset over the beach nestled below.

Open plan L shaped living and dining space with fantastic sea views overlooking Grunta beach, 2 comfortable sofas, LCD TV and fireplace. Kitchen and dining area with modern shaker units, built in appliances to include; dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, electric hob and oven. Dining seating area for six with large patio doors that lead onto the lower decking area.

• Master Bedroom - King size bed with spectacular sea views, bedside tables and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, wc and washbasin.
• Bedroom 2 - Twin beds (King on request) and en-suite bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin, doors leading onto the outdoor decking area.
• Bedroom 3 - Bunk beds with storage.
Family shower room including a wc, washbasin and mirror.


OUTSIDE SPACE

Rear sheltered decked courtyard carved into the rock face that is accessed off the dining area provides the perfect opportunity for sheltered BBQs. The wooden open plan stairs lead to the extensive roof terrace with glass balustrades that provide unrivalled panoramic sea views of Grunta beach and towards Woolacombe that are bound to take your breath away! there is even a private sunroom wooden shelter with heating and sliding doors for those evenings that are a little chilly!

All cancellations must take place by 12:00 (midday) according to the Central European Time (CET), on the appropriate day.
