Stelios Stone House is a charming holiday property located in
Kouramades, on the main road to Agios Gordios Beach (4.1 km), with
panoramic views, a sunny pool (7.5 m X 3.6 m), air-condition, and
lovely surrounding landscape.
The villa is spacious for a family or party of 8 persons, accommodated
in 4 bedrooms with two bathrooms and a private pool.
The House is set on two levels, in a remote area, 1.3 km away from
Sinarades village local amenities. It is ideal for relaxing away from
it all and not so far from entertainment if needed.

Layout

The ground floor, a self-contained apartment, features an open plan
kitchen, dining and seating area with doors opening onto the front
garden and pool, a shared family shower room, two air-conditioned
bedrooms, one twin and one double.
The external staircase leads onto a small side balcony on the upper
level, which is also a self-contained apartment. A second kitchen is
nicely set on this floor with dining and sitting facilities, large
windows with panoramic country views, a family shower room and two
double bedrooms.

Pool and Garden

The private refreshing pool (7,5x 3.0 m) is easily accessible through
the garden, with tranquil surroundings, in the heart of a virgin Corfu
countryside.
Sun-loungers and sun-umbrellas add to the comfort of guests’ sunbathing
and relaxing. Next to the pool, small steps lead to a lovely shaded
terrace, with a large table and seating for all guests.
Evergreen flowers and plants mainly cover the surrounding private land,
and a built-in BBQ has been nicely placed in the corner of the garden
for those who wish to try their cooking skills whilst on holiday.

The location is ideal due to easy access to Agios Gordios beach and
Sinarades local amenities. Stelios Stone House is a charming Corfu
property, a perfect place for a memorable and relaxing holiday away

cleaner may be on the property even after the official check-in time.
