Contemporary Villa Anamarie is a newly built, modern luxury villa with a private heated pool (32 sqm). It's located in a small locality Vrvari, just 1km from Poreč and 2 km from the first beach. The house can accommodate up to 8 persons. The ground floor features a guest toilet, a spacious living room connected with dining room and a kitchen which is equipped with cooking appliances such as electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and others. Furthermore, one bedroom with a double bed with its private bathroom is located on the ground floor. Other three bedrooms along with three bathrooms are located on the first floor. Outside, the guests can enjoy in a private swimming pool and in a summer kitchen where the guests can hang out and grill their favourite meals. The porperty is fully air-conditioned and it offers 3 parking spaces in front of the house. If you are planning a relaxing peaceful holiday in luxury Villa close to the sea - Villa Anamarie is the right choice! Young groups are not welcome.
