The standig individually holiday home, built in 2008 and renovated in 2018 is modern furnished. The property is located in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location at the water.
For sole use are available: grill possibility, pavilion, garden furniture, fire place and court.

Velence. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance.

The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 100 m). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house. Camera surveillance on the property and on the street in front of the house.
