The apartment is part of a larger stately property just a few minutes walk from the water at Egense. The apartment is located at the end of the house and on the ground floor with terrace and small garden. The living room is in open connection with the kitchen and dining area. There is a heat pump. There are two double rooms and two alcoves in the living room 140x200 cm and 90x200 cm. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Not for rent to youth groups.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

    “Das Haus ist geräumig und hat eine super Lage nur 50m vom Meer.
    Leider ist der Zustand recht ungepflegt. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig.
    Es riecht etwas muffig und feucht. Die Dusche ist total verschimmelt. Die Matratzen sind uralt und in entsprechendem Zustand.
