Deposit of 20% of the rental amount due within 5 days to make the reservation binding, via PayPal or bank transfer. Final payment at the latest 14 days before arrival by PayPal or bank transfer. Cash payment or EC-Cash on arrival at the latest. Handover of keys only after full payment.

Cancellation conditions: In the event of an officially ordered ban on accommodation for tourist purposes or prohibited arrival, cancellation will of course be free of charge. No claims will be made in the case of cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the holiday and also if we are able to let the cancelled date to someone else. In other cases, up to 90% of the rental costs will be charged. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
