Lage:
The cabin is situated in a secluded area, near a barn where the cows are milked in the morning and evening during summer, surrounded by a large garden, on the way to the Styrian Bodensee. During the summer (around mid-May to October) is the entrance with a 1x toll (last info: 2012 ? 3,80- / person).


Entfernungen:
Next town is Aich 5km. There are guest houses, tennis courts, lake. Bodensee with inn (summer and winter) 1km. The inn is in the summer in 800m. An ideal starting point for hiking and biking trips from the hut. Dachstein-Tauern ski area, the initial Haus in 7km. Family ski area Galsterbergalm 10km. Schladming 15km.


Ausstattung:
Ground floor: breakfast kitchen with lounge, tiled stove, kitchenette with electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine. Parlor with satellite TV. 1 double room, bathroom with double washbasin, shower, floor heating. 1 toilets. Upper floor: 1 four-bed room, 1 double room (if needed, with extendable sofa), 1 toilet. Central heating. Ski boot dryer. In the front of the hut is a garden with a barbecue, sunbeds and seats. In the barn next door the cows get milked in the morning and in the evening.


Nebenkosten:
Local tourism tax currently € 2,50/person/night, lump-sum for energy € 70,-. Bed linen can be rented for € 7,-/set and towels for € 2,-/set, additional bed € 10,-.

    “Das Ferienhaus liegt total idyllisch am Berg mit schönem Ausblick und bis auf den Kuhstall nebenan völlig allein. Es ist sehr schön rustikal und super eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich.
    Bis zu den Einstiegen ins große Skigebiet fährt man nicht lang (15-25 min, je nach Wunscshort), sodass man den nicht vorhandenen Skibus nicht vermisst.”

    “Wir waren alle vier, zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder sehr glücklich in dem Haus. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und hatte eine herrliche Zeit dort. Vor allem auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr herzlich und der tägliche Kontakt zwischen unseren Kindern und den Kälbchen war fantastisch. Wir kommen wieder !”

    “Absoluut aan te bevelen! Het huis heeft een fantastische ligging en is zeer compleet ingericht. De verhuurder familie is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en het was ook heel leuk dat we bij het melken mochten kijken 's avonds. Beneden in de kelder is zelfs een fantastisch droogrek gemaakt van buizen waar je de skischoenen perfect op kunt laten drogen.

    Het huisje biedt voldoende ruimte voor 8 personen en de slaapkamers zijn groot genoeg om nog een extra bed bij op te zetten indien nodig. Keuken is netjes en voldoende uitgerust en er zit een heerlijke kachel in waar je zelfs op kunt koken!”

    “Ein ideales Ferienhaus für 8 Personen um mal komplett abzuschalten. Die absolute Alleinlage, die ruhige Umgebung und das rustikale Ambiente der mit viel Komfort ausgestatteten Almhütte bieten dafür die besten Voraussetzungen. Die sehr netten Vermieter sind noch ein Extralob wert. Einzig die Zufahrtsstrasse mit ca.6 km von Aich und rund 300 m Anstieg erfordert bei winterlichen Straßenbedingungen Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Schneeketten.”
