If a holiday on a farm, with family or friends, our varius Chalets & Apartments provide for all the ideal base for a relaxing holiday in and with the nature. In about ca. 850 meters altitude are our „Premium Chalet Zirbe“, the „Exclusiv Apartments Bergmahd and Gipfelwind“, the „Bergchalet Alpenrose“ and the „Komfort Chalet Mühle.

Tyrolean charm comfort in all our properties offer them a very warm atmosphere. 45 - 240m2 offer Chalets & Apartments in Kaltenbach enough space for couples, families or small groups. Fully equipped kitchens, comfortable living rooms, bedrooms with bedding , new bathrooms with shower / toilet, towels, bath towels and bathrobes , satellite TV and free internet access via Smart TV is available in all of our accommodations. Of course, you may either balcony, terrace or garden with an outdoor jacuzzi and provides the opportunity for a hard day´s skiing, to relax with a glass of wine.

Holiday on a farm with the whole family! For our younger guests, a petting zoo and a playground are available. The adults can indulge yourself in our wellness oasis. The finnish- or bio sauna, rain fall shower and adjoining relaxation room with panoramic views oft he Zillertal, are ideal conditions make this holiday unforgettable.

In the summer, the Zillertal mountains offer wonderful hiking and cycling routes, which you can commit direktly of our Chalets & Apartments Wachterhof. The Adventure Park Kaltenbach with high ropes course is reachable within a 5-10 minute walk. Just 4km she is expecting a 18 - hole championship golf course , the first golf course in the Zillertal.

Best ski-in / ski-out opportunities await you in our paradise for winter sports . After 500m downhill ski run they reach the base station Zillertal. There you will find ski hire, ski lessons , apres ski and shopping. A special highlight is night skiing, once a week.

Our Exclusive Apartment Bergmahd located on the 1st floor in the main house on Wachterhof and can accomodate up to 9 people, ski-in/ski-out in the top ski resort Kaltenbach Hochzillertal.
