Newly renovated 2 bedroom penthouse apartment which sleeps 6 people. The flat is in an amazing location - only 7 mins walk from Bayswater and Notting Hill areas. Check out the world famous Portobello Market in Notting Hill or go shopping and eating in Europe’s largest mall in Shepperd’s Bush, Westfield.
The property is within 5 minutes walking distance from three underground stations.

The Space:
The apartment has been recently renovated so everything is bright, fresh and clean. I use a professional cleaning service after every guest so that you will find that the flat is in pristine condition with fresh linens when you arrive.
The living room has a large sofa-bed which will comfortably sleeps two adults. You will find king size beds in each bedroom.
The base price covers only the beds with 2 people per bed. If you want to make use of the sofa beds there will be a £30 fee, which is the fee the linen company charges.
If you require cleaning services during your stay, this could be arranged for an extra cost.
The kitchen is sleek and comes fully equipped with all the modern appliances which will make your stay comfortable and relaxing. We have a simply designed new bathroom which will be provided with fluffy towels and toiletries. If you have a family and bring your little ones to stay in the apartment, a baby bath, high chair and cot will be available for you to use.
I would like all my guests to enjoy the flat as much as I do and make their stay as pleasant as possible.

Guest Access:
Entire apartment is available for guests. The apartment is available for you to check into from 3pm onwards.
The flat is located on the penthouse floor (no elevator) of a converted victorian block.

The Neighborhood:
The surrounding area has so much to do—eating, shopping, going to pubs, or hunting for vintage clothing and antiques.

There are lots of nice cafes and restaurants around here and you can get a taste of authentic and local London

Whats more - you can walk to Hyde Park, Princess Diana's Kensington Palace and the world famous Portobello Market all in 15 minutes! Isn't that amazing! You can get to the main sights such as Big Ben, Parliament and Westminster in 20 mins on the tube.

Getting Around:
The nearest tube station is Notting Hill Gate which is a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

From Gatwick:
You can catch the Gatwick Express train to Victoria. From there you can get the underground Circle/District line to Notting Hill Gate directly.

From Heathrow:
The quickest way to get to the property is catching the Heathrow Express to Paddington station (15 mins). You will then have to catch the Circle or District line train to Notting Hill Gate which is only 2 stops away.

You can also catch the tube - take the Piccadilly line to Earls Court and change for the District line to Notting Hill Gate.

You can also of course get taxis from both airports.

Other Things to Note:
- It is very important to know the exact number of guests arriving in order to have ready the right amount of beds according to it.

- Please note a security deposit protection is enabled against household incidents. The guest does not pay any amount when they make the reservation. No charge will be put forward unless a claim with the relative proof is made to Airbnb.

- To ensure your arrival and departure are as easy and manageable as possible, I offer as a special free service, the opportunity to the store your luggage at the property before your check in and/or after your check out times.

-Another exclusive feature I offer to my guests is the possibility of a refund in case of cancellation.
What I can offer you is a refund of up to 100% of the Airbnb cancellation fees if I manage to find other guests for the dates you have cancelled. This will give you peace of mind in case you need to cancel your reservation due to an emergency or a last minute change of travel plans.
This refund would only be given if another guest makes a reservation for the dates you cancelled.
