OYSTER COTTAGE by CROYDEHOLIDAYS - Contemporary 3 bedroom (one of which is En-suite) terraced cottage lovingly furnished with a comfortable Villa style feel, perfect for touring North Devon, and provides a great value holiday base. Set in a peaceful area tucked near the heart of Braunton, within easy reach of the village just a short five minute walk.

Inside Oysters you'll find a comfortable and homely villa styled living, curl up on the sofa, watch a good film with good Wi-Fi. The master bedroom benefits from a private En-suite bathroom and there's even a rear courtyard to relax with a glass of something chilled at the end of a day exploring the area. There is a regular bus service with direct links to Saunton beach, Croyde, Barnstaple and Woolacombe for plenty of sightseeing opportunities.

PROPERTY
Tiled entrance hall with under stairs storage, downstairs benefits from underfloor heating and a ground floor WC.

Lounge with 2 large chcolate leather sofas, carved wooden coffee table, a large storage unit, a 37 inch LCD TV with freeview for your entertainment, Netflix and Prime (subject to guest subscription) and patio French doors leading out into the rear private garden terrace.

Kitchen / diner with fitted cream cupboards, green tinted splash backs and a modern worktop. Plenty of cutlery, utensils, pots and pans as you would expect from a property of this standard. Built in gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Dining table seats 6 and a booster chair is available for little ones.

1ST FLOOR

• Master Bedroom - King-size wooden sleigh bed, fitted wardrobe, bed side tables and a private en-suite shower room, wc and washbasin.
• Bedroom Two - Slimline 2.6ft twin beds with a chest of drawers, hanging space and bedside table.
• Bedroom Three - Shorty Bunk beds - an ideal childrens room.
Family bathroom with chrome fittings includes; a bath with shower over, WC, washbasin, mirror and shaver point.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Pretty sunny south facing courtyard garden with patio set. Surrounded by colourful plants and vines making it a lovely setting for an evening BBQ, the unique decked "lovers" seating area is a lovely place to unwind.

• Oysters does NOT supply Christmas decorations – Sorry.
• We would respectfully ask that dog(s) are not permitted on furniture, in bedrooms, left unattended nor to cause a disturbance.

By making a booking via this channel we will require some extra booking details from you, this will be requested via email at the time of booking in order for us to finalize your provisional booking request.

Guest will be refunded 50% of the booking fees (minus our fees), if (s)he cancels the booking up to 1 month prior to his/her arrival (check-in) top Host’s accommodation.
All cancellations must take place by 12:00 (midday) according to the Central European Time (CET), on the appropriate day.
