The traditional house Casa Blue is situated on the outskirts of the seaside

village of Gennadi, which is a small, quiet, traditional village at the

southeastern part of the island of Rhodes.

kitchen with a wide range of high-quality appliances and utensils. This

will make your breakfast preparation enjoyable and cooking dinner will

become a team effort for the whole family!

The house features a beautiful private swimming pool where guests may

relax at the sun terrace and enjoy the spectacular view of Gennadi. Sun

find a large dining area complete with outdoor furniture.

popular among windsurfers, is 20 km away. The nearest airport is Rhodes

International Airport, 70 km from the property.

The pebble beach of Gennadi is just 400 m. from the villa, where you can

find sunbeds, water sports facilities and restaurants.

Within a very short walking distance of the house, you can find

restaurants, traditional taverns, cafés, bars and souvenir shops.

The Medical Center, Post Office, Police Station, a cash machine (ATM),

pharmacy, and a bus station. In the house, you will find a brochure with

the routes hours and destinations of the intercity bus (KTEL).

In just a 5 minute walk from the villa, you will find a small playground

for children, a bakery, a grocery store and a fruit shop.

Bike, car and motorbike hire is available at the area, which is popular for

hiking, swimming and horse riding. Guests can enjoy various activities in

the surroundings, including windsurfing, cycling and fishing.

Casa Blue was built in 1927 and is a stone-built traditional house set in a

private internal courtyard. Adjacent to the house is the church of St. John

Theologos which was built in 1841.
