This beautiful holiday home is very well located in Färjestaden, and there are only approx. 200 meters to the sea, 300 meters to a large shopping center and 800 meters to the "city" with restaurants and shops. Färjestaden is very well located for you who want to explore the whole of Öland and even the city of Kalmar.
The holiday home has 3 bedrooms, with a single bed in both of the two of the bedrooms and 2 single beds in the third bedroom. Lovely kitchen with; fridge / freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Living room with open fireplace that makes the evenings extra cozy and provides a wonderful warmth. TV with Swedish, Scandinavian and German satellite channels. In addition, there is Chromecast and then of course free internet. There is a heat pump that can be used for both heating and cooling.
