Spacious holiday home, child friendly and located on a large yard. Enjoy life on a terrace of 100 m2 with whirlpool and the view to the mountains on all sides. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, shower, WC, and living/dining room with fireplace. From the living room/kitchen you can enjoy the wonderful views of the mountains and nature. The living room and kitchen form the center of the house, from where you can go straight out on the terrace and enjoy your morning coffee. On the second floor, there is a loft with a TV room and a double sofa bed, as well as 3 bedrooms for 6 people. There is an annex on the plot located 50 meters from the house where the owner will be able to be present to maintain the property. Large property, great for children. The holiday home is located near the mountain top Skuggenatten, a gem in Telemark with scenic surroundings and activities and attractions for all generations and all seasons. Nissevann is Telemark's largest lake where you have "southern beaches", here you can swim and enjoy outdoor life. Also, you can fish for mountain trout in untouched nature and have an experience of a lifetime. If you want a guided tour, you can arrange it with the homeowner. Vestre Nyland in Treungvegen 200 in Nissedal Municipality in West Telemark has a shopping center in Treungen, and Gautefall ski Eldorado nearby. Facilities such as international climbing routes, summit hikes, bike paths, hiking trails, kayaking, alpine ski center, ski trails, trout fishing, roller ski festival, festivals summer and winter. Nissedal is known for its unique opportunities for mountain / trail biking, rock climbing and summit hikes. Not possible to rent for groups of young people!
