This apartment is located on the 7th floor of tower Mimosa (1 of the 5 apartments on this floor) surrounded by the residential park with recreational facilities (including tennis, basketball and football & children's playground) and has an open view of the green dune belts and polders, and the sea. Ideal for a family, children are welcome here.

Important detail: the apartment is accessible via the common corridor of the first floor. Only holders of the badge for the building, elevator and stairs have access: downstairs there is also a bell for the intercoms. Once you have arrived in the corridor on floor 7, you will find the door of the separate (children's) room (with sink, cupboards and also a large terrace) on the left side of the common corridor; and the entrance door to the living space on the right. These 2 rooms are therefore separated from each other and separately accessible with a key through this common corridor. The living/bedroom is on one side of the corridor (S-W direction) and the (children's) room on the other side of the corridor (N-E direction). In that separate room you can rest while it remains cozy in the living space . The layout of the building is so identical for each apartment provided.
In addition, the living apartment has a carpet floor, except in the kitchen and in the bathroom.

The preserved natural maritime landscape, where the beach and coast still merge into a dune belt, with the dune forests behind it. Cycling and walking trails have been constructed to get to other coastal towns with ease, and the polders are also nearby. This landscape stretches from the port of Ostend to Wenduine and beyond, to Blankenberghe, with only the centers of De Haan and Wenduine conquered between the dune belt. The Royal Golf Club is closeby, plenty of good stables and bistros, restaurants, takeaway snacks and bars are nearby.

This building is protected as an Architectural Building with solid infrastructure. You can freely sunbathe, barbecue, or enjoy the shade under trees. There are 3 tennis courts available, a ping pong table and a field to play football.
