Relax in a Stylish Villa with Heated Pool and Stunning Views

Our villa is on the edge of the village of Tindaya, 25km from Fuerteventura Airport, 10 km to La Oliva village, 15km to El Cotillo and 25km to Corralejo. Very quiet with great views of Montana de Tindaya, and to the sea. A car is recommended as public transport to the village is very infrequent. The village has a small mini market, a couple of bars and one restaurant. There is a larger supermarket just 10 kms away. Swimming and surfing are available on the beautiful beaches of El Cotillo just 15 minutes drive from the villa.



The villa is built around an inner courtyard/patio which can be accessed from all rooms, and has a roof terrace from where to enjoy the views to the sea and mountains, and to enjoy the clear night skies. All rooms are at ground floor level. The house was fully renovated from January to March 2020, including new bathrooms and kitchen. The main bedroom is en suite, and the second bathroom is adjacent to the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have 1.50m double beds. Both bedrooms also have air conditioning which also serves as heating. Cot and high chair avilable on request The kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons, including conduction hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, a selection of coffee machines, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, etc. There is a washing machine and dryer. The Smart TV has local and satellite channels, and we can set Netflix for you in your chosen language. Wifi is free of charge.



The villa is built on a 1000 square metre plot of land. To one side we have the pool and terrace area which were added early in 2020. The pool area has full sun all day. The 6 x 3m salt water pool is heated to 30 degrees.. There is an upper terrace with a double sunbed from where you can enjoy the views to the sea and the mountains. The gas BBQ is located in the inner patio, and there is a dining area for 6 people outside under the pergola. The area directly in front of the villa has been designated as a national park, so no housing can be built here. One of the lovely features of the house is the central outdoor courtyard/patio where you can also relax and enjoy a drink, or have breakfast. This area can be accessed from the salon, kitchen, and from both bedrooms. We provide towels for the pool area, which you can also bring to the beach.



The villa is in a quiet location and a car is essential to get to the villa and to explore the surrounding area and indeed the entire island. e can provide a baby cot on request. You will find information for things to see and do in a folder in the salon.



Our villa is on the edge of the village of Tindaya, renowned for its goat's cheese and the 'sacred' mountain of the same name. The village has 2 bars which serve food to eat in or take away, and one restaurant which is a 15 minute walk from the villa. The village has a mini market for essentials, and a larger supermarket (Super Dino) is a 10 minute drive away between the villages of La Oliva and Villaverde. Villaverde has several good restaurants. There is a beautiful sandy beach called Jarugo just 7kms from the house (not for swimming), but most people prefer to go to El Cotillo for swimming and surfing. El Cotillo also has many bars and restaurants to enjoy after a day at the beach. The dunes of Corralejo are 20/25 minutes away by car.
