Distance to the "Sunnegga-Express 100m. Local-Bus stop for the "Matterhorn Bergbahnen" in front of the house.
Shoping an many acclaimed Restaurants nearby. Medical-doctor in the house.

Double-bed, wardrobe, drawers und cupboards, corner-sofa, armchair, TV, Radio, internet access. The apartment feature a bathtube with shower, hair-dryer, a moderne and full equiped kitchen with glassceramic cooking-stove, baking-oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, fondue-set, table/chairs. Kitchen and bath-room with day-light. Lift, skiroom.  On arrival the beds are tightend.
Off-season short-stay of at least 3 days on request.

    “Uns hat die Wohnung im grossen und ganzen sehr gut gefallen . Positiv: Den Balkon , mit Sicht auf das Matterhorn und die Gornergratbahn und sie ist in der Nähe des Bahnhofs . Negativ: Die Wohnung ist nicht so hell , weil es viel dunkles Holz hat , dafür ist sie sehr heimelig !”

    “Völlig in Ordnung. Positiv: Die Lage ist bestechend, das Zimmer ist etwas dunkel aber gemütlich. Es ist nahezu alles da, was man/frau braucht. Negativ: Das Geschirr ist ein wenig zusammengewürfelt, Suppenteller fehlen z.B. ganz.”
