Im Garten stehen ein Tisch und vier Stühle zur Verfügung. Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm und Gartengrill auf Anfrage. Der öffentliche Verkehr (Bus nach Luzern) ist in drei Gehminuten erreichbar (Busfahrt ins Zentrum von Luzern circa 20 Minuten). Der ÖV verkehrt täglich im Vietel- bis Halbstundentakt bis spät abends ab Luzern und zurück.
Spaziergänge im nahe liegenden Meggerwald (Zone von nationaler Bedeutung)sind innerhalb weniger Gehminuten möglich. Die Distanz zum See beträgt etwa 15 Minuten.
