Nice 4,5-room apartment on the 1st floor. Sunny and quiet location with a beautiful view, balcony, big garden, living-/dining-room, separate kitchen, bathroom/WC, 3 bedrooms. Garage and parking. Near to the bus stop, tennis courts/ice fields and childrens playground. Optimal starting-point for various sports activities. Peds permetted.

    Toiletten neben Eßzimmer! Restaurant: Hotel,restaurant morteratsch - direkt am Bahnhof Morteratsch am Aufsteig zum Morteratsch Gletscher
    gutes Essen,sitzmöglichkeit auf Freiterasse,sehr guter selbstgemachter Kuchen.
    sehr guter Blick auf gletscher Ausflüge: Monika Bergold - Zur Boval -Hütte in die Nähe des Gletscherrandes,Panorama auf den Morteratsch Gletscher hervorragend.”

    “Wir empfehlen die Wohnung uneingeschränkt und kommen gerne wieder, sollten wir mal wieder eine Wohnung in der Größe in Pontresina benötigen. Positiv: Die Wohnung ist schön groß, hell und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so im Urlaub benötigt.
    Man hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf das Bergpanorama Richtung Roseggtal und Celerina/Sameda. Restaurant: Giardin Sportpavillon - 5 Minuten fußläufig von der Ferienwohnung Cesa Viola entfernt.
    Sehr leckere Speisen und eine tolle Terasse mit Blick auf die Berge. Ausflüge: Stazersee - Ein kleiner Bergsee mit Strandbad.
    Man erreicht ihn nur zu Fuß (ca. 1h) oder mit dem Rad, es gibt ein Restaurant und eine Strandbar.”

    “Eine super Familienwohnung, sauber, genug Platz, sehr nette Vermieterin. Positiv: Spielsachen für Kinder vorhanden, Restaurant: Rest. Stazion, Pizzeria, - Tolle Pizzeria, schöne Einrichtung, sehr gutes Essen, nette Bedienung”
