Very quiet and nice special 1.5 room apartment 50m2 on the ground floor with small garden and terrace from a home with 4 appartements. 5 minutes walk to the see, railway station and Shops.
With kitchen and dining table, electric cooker, refrigerator, coffee machine toaster, mikrowawe. Passing a short corridor where the bathroom is, you get first to the living room where the sofa is and the TV, from there you can go out to the garden, and then to the sleeping room with a double bed. In the big sleepingroom there is olso a Sofa. The rooms are without doors and very hy. Radio, cable TV and internet WLAN are at disposal. Bathroom with bath tub/shower and toilet. The corridor and sleeping room have an exit to the private small garden. From the Terrace you can see the Lake. In the appartement you can feel like at home!
The flat can be rent from 1.11.23 to 22.3.24 the winther month.

    “Wir können uns gut vorstellen, dieses Objekt wieder einmal zu mieten. Positiv: Nahe Lage zum Bahnhof, See und Piazza Grande.
    Gemütlicher, kleiner Sitzplatz.
    Unkomplizierte Übernahme und Abgabe der Wohnung. Negativ: Der Einstieg in die Duschbadewanne könnte im Alter und bei körperlicher Beeinträchtigung ein Problem sein.
    Die Besitzerin ist leider etwas überbesorgt. Die vielen Telefonate und Mails haben wir als lästig und aufdringlich empfunden.”

    “I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is situated in the perfect location for exploring Locarno and surroundings. The apartment itself is lovely, bright, welcoming and spotlessly clean. Despite its central location, it’s very quiet and felt like a home away from home. My favourite feature is the beautiful garden with views over the mountains and lake! Restaurant: Trattoria al lago - Very nice little trattoria by the lake which serves typical Ticinese specialities. Ausflüge: Ascona - Beautiful lakeside village with lovely shops and restaurants.”
