In the entrance area (upper floor) it offers a cozy furnished living & dining room with fireplace, a functionally equipped kitchen, which has dishwasher, oven & coffee maker. A guest toilet is also at your disposal. And of course a balcony with bombastic view. Due to the construction of the house, however, this only offers space for 2-max. 4 people.
In the lower area are the bedrooms (1x double bed & 2x1 single beds) and 1 bathroom.
To the house belongs additionally a garden, which also offers this bombastic view.
At your disposal is a garage as well as an outside parking space.
The house can be reached by steps.
The house has a total of 3 floors. On the lowest floor is the studio - a large room - with a double and a single bed. This is automatically available from the 5th person (but is not rented separately).
