    “Positiv: Wunderschönes Haus mit Pool, Sauna und Meerblick. Im kompletten Haus findet man Fußbodenheizung und Klimaanlage. Die Eigentümer, die im Haus nebenan wohnen sind super zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Egal ob Reifenpanne oder sonstige Fragen, sie waren immer mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle.
    Es gab frisches Obst, landestypischen Schnaps oder selbstgemachtes Gebäck. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!”

    “Ich habe zusammen mit meinen 5 Freundinnen dieses Haus für unseren Urlaub gemietet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus. Ausstattung, Einrichtung sowie Außenanlage waren optimal. Wäre das mit der Videoüberwachung nicht, würde wir das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Positiv: Das Haus war innen sowie außen top. Die Vermieter haben das Haus zuvor sehr gründlich geputzt. Außerdem waren es nur 5 Minuten bis zum Strand und Meer, welches sehr schön zum baden ist.
    Das Haus liegt eher abgelegen. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn außer die Vermieter. Man kann als auch mal abends noch gemütlich mit Musik draußen hocken, ohne dass es jemanden stört. Negativ: Die Vermieter haben wohnen nebenan und haben direkten Blick auf den Garten bzw. auch auf Pool. Außerdem wird die komplette Außenanlage videoüberwacht. Und wie sich zum Schluss bei uns rausstellte, kann der Vermieter die Kameras jederzeit vom Handy aus abrufen. Ausflüge: Jetski - In Pula”

    “Wegen den vielen Staus werde ich in Kroatien nie wieder Urlaub machen. Positiv: Die ruhige Lage. Tolles Haus. Nette Besitzer . Negativ: Parkautomaten nur mit Münzen keine möglichkeit zu wechseln. Von Salzburg bis zum Urlaubsort 500 km 10 Std.das gleiche Heimwärts das gleiche. Empfehlung: Families, couples - Villa in ruhigen tolle Lage.”
