The 70 square meter house is located on a 800 sqm plot in Leányfalu (village girl) 25 km from the Hungarian capital Budapest, and in sight of the Danube Ipoly national parks, on a hill with panoramic views of the Danube. On the opposite side of the road for the next 99 years, a new forest is created, So is ensuring good air. The mom and pop shop is only 600 meters away.
