Beach house IVE is placed on 2000m2. Has private jacuzzi, pool and beach loungers. It also has a trampoline and a swing for children.

Beautiful mobil house of modern architecture built on the coast. The building is characterized by the use of natural materials, and it offers its guests an unforgettable stay in a natural setting on the coast. This single-storey house consists of a living room, flat screen and double sleeper couch; there are also two bedrooms - one with double bed, one with two single beds; a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee machine and dining area. There is a bathroom with a shower cabin and toilet. From the kitchen, the dining room and the living room or from the covered terrace with its cozy furniture you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the natural environment. The house is fully equipped with everything needed for a high standard of living: air conditioning, wi - fi, Smart TV, safe, and so on.

Beside the house there is a terrace where is a whirlpool. On the terasse is a barbecue, a table and deck chairs are to be found. From that part of the house there is a fantastic view of the sea.

The sea in the bay is deep max. 1,5m. The beach for swimmers is located 700m away.

Within 500 - 700 m of the house there are beautifuly beaches, beach bar and several restaurants of local Istrian cuisine, bars, a supermarket, fishmarket, butcher, bank and other facilities . For those who love active holidays the region is renowned for its Nature Park Cape Kamenjak (4 km away) that can be reached by walk or riding a bike. The offer ranges from diving to windsurfing, paintball, horseback riding, jeep safaris, etc. The Natural Park Cape Kamenjak is one of the ten must-see destinations on the Mediterranean. Visiting the cultural center of Pula (5 km) and Rovinj (30km) is also a must. Pula Airport lies at a distance of 6 km. The Beach House IVE is the ideal place for a holiday.     “Wir könnten uns vorstellen nochmal hier Urlaub zu machen! Positiv: Direkt an einer Bucht, unser Hund konnte den ganzen Tag schwimmen.
    Toller, großer Garten
    Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt
    Whirlpool war auch super Restaurant: Ožujsko Pub obvoznica - Der Pub war in Pula und gut mit dem Auto vom Ferienhaus aus zu erreichen.
    Sehr schönes Ambiente, Live - Musik, Übertragung von Sportsendungen auf sehr großem Fernseher.
    Das Essen war sehr lecker und schnell fertig. Bedienungen sehr zuvorkommend ! Ausflüge: Wasserfall und Mühlendorf Kotli - Sehr schönes Ziel, um einen Wasserfall zu sehen, das Wasser hat eine sehr interessante Farbe. Das Mühlendorf versprüht viel Charme.”

    “Das Haus ist wirklich klein. Durch optimale Aufteilung wirkt es jedoch deutlich größer und es ist auch überraschend viel Stauraum vorhanden, vor allem im Bad und in den Schlafräumen.
    Die Ausstattung ist neu, ansprechend und hochwertig. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Der TV läuft über Satellit und es gibt viele deutsche Programme.
    Die Warmwasserversorgung über einen Boiler funktioniert tadellos, ebenso die Heizung mittels Klimaanlage. Der Jacuzzi im überdachten Außenbereich ist auch im Oktober mollig warm. Und der Grill ist einfach nur phantastisch!
    Die Waschmaschine (und sogar ein Trockner!) sind im Gartenhäuschen vom Nachbargrundstück und dürfen mit benutzt werden.
    Die Lage ist wunderschön, inmitten von Olivenbäumen und direkt am Meer. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und für Hundebesitzer ideal. Unsere Hunde wären über die Gartenmauer auf's Nachbargrundstück ausgebüxt, deshalb haben wir an dieser Stelle den Zaun mit einer alten Isomatte provisorisch etwas verlängert.
    Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, auch die Schlüsselübergabe war völlig unkompliziert. Die Verständigung auf deutsch ist etwas schwierig, mit einfachem Englisch aber gut zu bewältigen.
    Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 2 Hunde. An Regentagen, wenn man sich überwiegend drinnen aufhalten musste, wurde es schon etwas eng. Aber ansonsten spielt sich das Leben draußen ab und da ist mehr als genug Platz. Voll möblierte Terrasse, Barhocker, Gartenmöbel und Sonnenliegen, alles mit bequemen Sitzauflagen. Viel Rasenfläche rund um's Haus, deshalb (auch im Herbst) den ganzen Tag von der Sonne verwöhnt, mit natürlichem Schatten durch Olivenbäume.
    Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub für uns! Positiv: Siehe Zusammenfassung Negativ: Nichts”
