Rodakino village - Plakias area - South Crete

 

Anemos - luxury private villas are a small complex of two independent villas, set on a hillside on South Crete with a breathtaking view of the sea .

The nearest village is Rodakino ( 3 kms ) with kafenion, taverna and Supermarket. The fabulous beach of Korakas is about 5 minutes drive with a variety of Tavernas and some cafes.

The lacy coastline full of small beaches impels you to dive into the crystal clear water of the sea.

The distance from Rethymnon town ( 40.000 inhabitants-the most delightfull town of Crete) is 39 kms. Plakias -tourist resort is 15 kms away from the villas. Lot of interesting places are in the area, like the Frangokastello castle, the monastery of Preveli , the palm beach of Preveli, the Kotsifou and Kourtalioti gorges, Chora Sfakion village, the gorge of Aradena, the mountain of Krioneritis etc.

Heraklion airport is 125 kms and Chania airport is 100 kms away.




Each of these villas has two floors, 112 sqms in size and can accommodate up to 5 persons. They are ensuring privacy in their own sea-view verandas, huge balkonies and private swimming pools as well in their own garden-areas. Both of the villas are tastefully decorated and offer all necessary equipments for holidays in comfort and luxurity.

All rooms of the villas are oriented to the sea and from every window you can enjoy the dramatic scenery of the area.

 

There is a cleaning service. Towels and linen are changed every second day. Cleaning of the pools is every three days.

These two comfortable villas are undoubtedly one of the best accommodation choices in South Crete, especially if you are looking for peace in a friendly environment with modern amenities.

The owner is always available to cater all Guest's wishes regarding their holidays on Crete like car-rentals, organized excursions, sport activities etc.



Beside each villa there is its private swimming pool, 35 sqms, fully equipped. The enormous balcony and veranda are fully equipped.

    Würden dieses Haus sofort wieder buchen :). Positiv: Tolle Lage mit Meerblick, ruhig gelegen, angenehmer Vermieter, nur 20 Autominuten vom Palmenstrand Preveli entfernt Ausflüge: Palmenstrand von Preveli - feiner kleiner Sandstrand vor einem Palmenhain mit Süsswasser-Bach - Besuch sehr empfehlenswert”

    “Positiv: Es gibt einen wunderschönen großen sonnigen Balkon und einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berge. Negativ: Skibus fährt nur einmal am Tag und zwar morgens um 8.20 und nachmittags einmal zurück, obwohl Gratis Skibus groß angekündigt ist.
    Es gibt keinen Skikeller.
    Das Wohnzimmer ist separat, also außerhalb der eigentlichen Wohnung.
    Die sonst so herzliche und offene Art der Vermieter ist leider nicht gegeben gewesen. Man hat sich oft als „Störfaktor“ in einem fremden Haus gefühlt. Freizeit: Die Therme in Fügen ist sehr schön, tolles Skigebiet.
