Build Year 1993-1999, renovated in 2014, about 90 square meters of living space on 2 Floors in 2 houses (stone house and pool house). These houses with 3 bedrooms can accommodate 2-6 people.
Relax and enjoy your privacy in a spacious, well-kept Garden with typical olive,
Oleander, palm trees, oranges, tangerines, lemons & more (... please help yourself!)
The private swimming pool (approx. 6x3m), in front of houses or on the "Olive-terrace" you will find the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Sun.

Location description : Xiropigado is a small town located on the road from Argos after Leonidio, about 6 km from Astros. Xiropigado lives from within Greece tourism and is out of season almost extinct. Nevertheless, there is everything you need for life: Two very ordinary ?? ?? supermarkets, a bakery (which has not always open), taverns and restaurants and some cafes and bars.
Fantastically, the view across the Gulf of Argos, across to Nafplion, Tolon and even Spetses, if the weather permits. Small bays on the cliffs invite for romantic stay and the pebble beach at the site is mostly clean and tidy. If you prefer sand, which runs a few kilometers towards Astros ?? for Vervena-Beach. In general we can do in Astros everything, which is not possible in Xiropigado: banks, post offices, large supermarkets, weekly market, health center ?? sights there are in abundance in the near or further away.
The proximity to the cities Argos and Nafplio, the good connection from Astros to Tripoli or Leonidio, the quiet location and the pleasant atmosphere make Xiropigado an ideal vacation ?? Accommodations in all variations are plentiful. From Patras is about 2.5 hours on the road, to Athens, you should allow about 3.5 hours ?? it is convenient if you want to Athens to go to Poros or Methana and from there to take the ferry to Piraeus ?? works excellently.
