If you want peace and quiet, come to us. You can also spend together with another family vacation. At the beautiful long beach of Agios Andreas there are our holiday houses (House 1, ILIAS house, house COSTAS) from massive stone walls.
There is thus a normal cool climate, so it does not become hot even in summer. For the other seasons, a central heating is available. We rent all year round. Air conditioning, satellite TV, Internet access is available. There are 2 buildings "A" side facing the sea and "B" parallel to the sea.
The houses are located on the beach of Agios Andreas near Astros in Akardien - not in Messinia!
Here we offer rental Houses Costa and Ilias the complex "A".
House 1 + Ilias and Costa share a private pool.
Costas house is located on the sea side with a Huge sea-facing terrace. Offers spectacular sea views.
You also have a garage for private parking available.

In the complex "B" in the center there is another house - House Apostoli - this has recently been renovated. No air conditioning and no garage. But should be available to the new season 2018 and is only offered if the air conditioning and the garage are available or usable.
The pool before house Apostoli belongs to the landlord only to 30% therefore it can happen that this is not usable. The pool in front of the complex A is however for all guests.
Each holiday home (110sqm) consists of
Ground floor: living room including a large kitchen with oven 4 burner stove, coffee machine, toaster..
The living room has a bed for one person on the sofa.
One bedroom with double bed and a bathroom.
Terrace at the entrance.
1st floor:
Duplex: 1 bedroom with loft
The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes,
(Gallery: 2 Sleeps child no fixed beds only mattresses), a 2.Bathroom and a balcony and a terrace.
Towels and linen are provided and changed 1x per week or as needed. The price is also a cleaning 1x a week.

Location description : In the natural, almost directly on the long sand / gravel beach with crystal clear water, near the nature reserve are our villas. The nearest tavern is only 300m away. The beach is only 100m. Until Paralio Astros there are 5km. There is everything you need. Zig taverns, shops, supermarkets and much more. The beach is just at the beginning of gravel / Sandgemisch- Next in the sea just sand. If you want to Km-long walks by the sea after Paralio Astros do while exploring the nature reserve with its freshwater lake and the river ends there in the sea. For fishing enthusiasts is a paradise here. Other sports such as paragliding, horse riding on the beach are widespread here. Experience rare animals, such as the Greek tortoise in their migrations. For children it is an incredible experience.

The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
