Pelion - Maisonette Haus mit Pool für 6-7 Personen #mais

Eleni Villa befindet sich in Horto ca. 46 km südlich von Volos und 3 km von Milina entfernt.

Auf einem ca. 1800 qm großen Grundstück befinden sich zwei Häuser. Villa Eleni I mit zwei Appartements und Villa Eleni II ein Maisonette Haus.

Im Garten steht den Gästen ein Swimmingpool (4 X 6 m und Tief 1,20-1,50 m) welches bis Ende September im Betrieb ist und ein

großer Garten zur Verfügung.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Garten und Swimmingpool auch von den andere Gästen benutzt werden.

 

In der Nähe ca. 200 finden Sie ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft, Tavernen und Restaurants.

 

Parking: in der Nähe der Villa (Kostenlos)

Strand: 200 m vom Strand entfernt. Es gibt mehrere kleinere oder größere Strände und Buchung in einer Entfernung von 300-1000 m. Mit dem Auto kann man mehrere Strände erreichen.







Eleni Villa II- Haus für 6-7 Personen, 100 qm Wohnfläche + 5 qm Balkon + 36 qm Veranda. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer (zwei Schlafzimmer mit Balkon) im Obergeschoß, ein Du/WC und einen großen Wohn-Essraum mit Küche im Erdgeschoß. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit Sitzgarnitur, Kamin, großer-TV, großem Esstisch ausgestattet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit großem Kühlschrank, Offen, Abzugshaube. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich ebenfalls ein kleines WC. Eines der Schlafzimmer verfügt über Balkon und unten verfügt das Haus über eine große überdachte Terrasse mit Bergola und Weinlaube und Gartenmöbeln.

Beiden Häuser steht im Garten eine Grillstelle zur Verfügung


Reinigung, Bettwäsche- und Handtuchwechsel alle 4 Tage. Nach Bedarf können die Bettwäsche und Handtücher früher gewechselt werden.

    “Wir können das Haus wirklich weiterempfehlen. Positiv: Ein sehr großzügiges, gepflegtes, ruhig gelegnes Haus in einem wirklich großen, schönen parkartigen Garten, der viele Sonnen- und Schattenplätze bietet, mit freundlichen Besitzern, die einen in Ruhe lassen, aber auch ausreichend häufig sich für mögliche Anliegen blicken lassen. Das Örtchen Horton ist wunderbar unaufgeregt und bietet gemeinsam mit Milina ausreichend Strände, Buchten, Tavernen, Läden. Wegen eines Jazz-Workshops waren öfter Konzerte und ab und zu sind Gesänge und Klänge zu hören gewesen - richtig schön!! Durch die Golf-Lage ist das Meer oft wie ein wunderschöner riesengroßer Pool, so dass man/frau in die nächsten Buchten schwimmen kann Negativ: Nicht schlimm - aber das Bad/die Dusche ist echt mini. Wir haben uns sehr schnell daran gewöhnt. Und durch die Lage am Flüsschen sind auch tagsüber Mücken, wobei die Stiche schnell vergeben - also nicht so toll, aber absolut tolerierbar.”
