Modern sea view villa, large pool, palmgarden, only few minutes walk from city and sea, fast WiFi

Modern family friendly villa with fantastic sea view, A/C, very fast and best internet connection, large pool surrounded from tropical plants and well-kept palm garden. In the beautiful garden are many romantical places to relax, all in face to the sea. The villa is centrally located in a prime and quiet location, not overlooked, your privacy is protected. From Malaga airport to the villa its only 20 minutes by car. You can travel also easy by bus, train or taxi. 


There is a seperatly directly way to the beach and city, its just approxly 8 minutes for walk thither. Likewise there is a bus station only 1 minute away from the villa and bring you quick to the beach, city or wherever you like. The beach with sunbeds, restaurants, bars and shops as well the city is approxly 850 meters away in walking distance. A car is not neccesary. In the well-kept garden are a lot of comfortable seat places with lanterns and garden furnitures. All terraces and the most rooms are overlooking the sea. Around the pool are 10 comfortable sun beds, fluffy pool towels, parasols, tables, chairs and big BBQ corners. All this create a nice holiday atmosphere under tropical palms and flowering plants by the at evening illuminated pool. You will fall in love into the garden with nice fountains, imposing Buddha and leons sculptures, meditation places under smelling Jasmine and a big solar outdoor shower with warm and cold water under palms. Lovingly designed coloured accents come in all rooms and in the outdoor area to its best advantage. Everything in the house is colour coordinated and best furnished with great attention to detail. In addition to exclusive facility the house offers beautiful sea views and all the amenities that guests appreciate for a relaxing nice holiday. 


*VILLA LAS CHICAS is a perfect house for families with children, groups of friends or "Honey Moon". *We have fast and best WLAN in and outside the house for free. *All channels and programs of all countries available + Netflix.  *No charge for internet, Netflix, towels, sheets, cots for the little ones or garage.


From the large living room with big TV, comfortable sofa, fireplace with remote control and nice sea view, as well from the dining room and kitchen is going a directly access to the large balcony. The balcony is created with many of plenty of comfortable furnitures as tables, chairs and a stunning sea view and look to the pool and garden. Here you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast, beautiful sunrises and sunsets.


The high quality kitchen with large selection of modern appliances and nice dishes fulfils all desires. From here you also enjoy a fantastic sea view. The dining room offers a plenty of place. Here are offered a small library in many languages and family games as well table pool billiard, table soccer football and card games. You will find a lot of flyers, brochures and city maps with numerous destinations for travel tours and a guide about the romantically situated and best restaurants from "Thai to a typical Spanish" dinner. The house is full airconditioned. All bedrooms are equipped in addition with ceiling fans and modern flat screen TV´s + safe. Two from the 4 bedrooms have wonderful sea views, the others have a nice look into the flowering garden. There are 4 SAT-HD TV´s for all languages on the house + Netflix. The 3 wellness bathrooms are equipped with hair dryer, fluffy towels, steam in the modern shower place with integrated music system and massage nozzles under a starry sky. For the 'little ones' we have high chairs, cots and bed cloths, sleep teddy, lot of toys, splash pool and many kind of water and ball games. Pool and beach toys in numerous quantity. The garden offers a plenty of space for children to play. On the covered terrace are various sports equipments as a trim-bicycle, stepper, dumbbell, electronic dart, table billiard, table sokker football and many ball games. As well we have an additional room with many games and toys for young and old. You won't get bored here.

FUENGIROLA is a big lifely seaside town near Marbella. Its one of the most attractive and popular tourist areas on the COSTA DEL SOL. Exclusive shops and many typical Andalusian "Chiringuitos" where you can enjoy typical spanish eating, bars around the beach promenade invite you to shop and stroll. Lot of trendy bars, casinos, discos and dance clubs for all ages provide you a plenty of fun. Our miles of sandy beaches have been awarded for the most beautiful and cleanest beaches and harbors.


SPORTS offer on site:

Golf, tennis, jet skiing, motor boating, diving, water skiing, bumblebee, wakeboarding, kneeboarding, banana rides, tubing, sumo suits, paragliding, parasailing, bungee jumping, horse riding, long walks and much more. A cart track is also nearby. No limit for variety. You can do with us excursion with sail/motor boat to the dolphins and deep-sea fishing.  Romantic horse-drawn carriages show you the sights of the city. Even for the little ones is a plenty of entertainment around the beach with several large aqua and entertainment parks, a wonderful big zoo, adventure park, carting track and trampoline jumping. On the beach promenade there is a great "Fun Park" with carousels and numerous rides. Fun for all ages.


CITY:

FUENGIROLA has an excellent infrastructure and can handle even the highest demands. Many large modern shopping and leisure centers invite you to shop with an exceptionally wide range of variety. We have many weekly markets which are very popular summer as winter. The fish market is located by harbor with its exclusive yachts and ships.


NIGHTLIFE:

The city has a great lively nightlife. Whether pop, rock or flamenco, there are many ways for entertainment after sunset with trendy bars, modern discos, clubs and casinos. The entertainment centre is located around the harbor and the beach promenade. Many weekly celebrations, "Ferias" spanish festivals, music concerts, bullfights and animations enjoy great popularity.


LONGTIME RENTING possible from November till March. Ask for. In this time we have a mild climate up to 25+. You can use the pool the whole year. Outside shower with solar and warm water. 


The EASTER SEASON in April is very popular. We record temperatures till 25+. You can sunbath on beach enjoying the beautiful weather or swim in the pool. The spring show its best side. Many festivals and stunning processions are every year, a big highlight in Andalusia. 


Around CHRISMAS are a lot of Spanish festivals in the city, they are very popular as well the "New Year" party on the beach with great firework. If you wish we decorate the house festively with large Christmas tree for you.


Trips nearby:

Visit the places MALAGA, BENAMALDENA, MIJAS, RONDA, the ALHAMBRA, GRANADA, BENAMALDENA with his romantical harbor, MARBELLA with its famous marina 'PUERTO BANUS' and GIBRALTAR are easy to reach by car or bus. A short trip to MAROCCO with is highly recommended. Discover the beautiful ANDALUCIA.

We serve you by the at evening illuminated pool under palms. Let yourself be pampered and be enchanted from the romantic ambience with atmospheric light effects in the garden. You will enjoy it very much. 

* If you want we can order a professional musician for a particularly beautiful and unforgettable evening at the pool under palms. 

* A professional masseur comes to the house and spoils you with soothing body massages under palms.

*Private motor/sailing boat trip to the open sea and the dolphins, you can swim in the sea. An absolute Highlight by "hip music", there is always a good mood on board. Drinks and snacks for free on board. A great fun for all.

Fantastic off-road driving experience over the mountains of Mijas till the sea. Your guide will take you in American Arctic Wildcat buggies through stunning sunset landscapes with views of inland Spain.

There is a small separate apartment with separate access to the house. This is temporarily occupied by the property manager or his deputy, they don´t use the pool, garden or terraces. This is only allowed for our guests. The property management is an additional service for our guests and is responsible for cleaning, repairs to house, pool and garden maintenance. They are available for questions, problems or special wishes. A professional gardener and poolman is comming on 3 times a week.

You can use the pool the whole year. Outdoor shower is solar heated.

The house offers plenty of space for 10 and more persons. The rent price is calculatet for 10 persons + children till 4 years for free. Two adults more are possible but only on request for a small fee in an additional/travel bed with bed linen and towels. Ask the landlord.

Garage, Internet, Netflix, towels for bath and pool as well bed linen for free.

Electricity is not include the rent price and is charged according to your personal consumption.


If there are only a few days free between a booking, you can book them. Ask the landlord.

    “Wir kommen gerne wieder! Positiv: Wunderschöne Villa mit tollem Ausblick und Pool. Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch die Hausverwaltung und persönliche Betreuung vor Ort. Die unkomplizierte Autoanmietung über den Vermieter erspart lästige Wartezeiten am Flughafen. Ein besonderes Highlight waren für uns der Tapas- und Paella-Abend am Pool sowie der Bootsausflug zu den Delphinen. Sehr entspannend waren auch die angebotenen Relax-Massagen auf der Terrasse. Wir sind mit der ganzen Familie angereist und haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt!”

    “Apartment von Allmen - April 2019Lovely clean and spacious apartment. Close to shop and train station and also easy driving distance from Interlaken and Grindlewald. The apartment had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay.”

    “Wir waren ein paar Tage über Sylvester mit unserem Hund und einem befreundeten Ehepaar in diesem charmanten Fischerhaus. Sehr warmer Empfang von den reizenden Hauseigentümern! Das Haus ist nicht gross jedoch unglaublich gemütlich und stilvoll mit einem eingezäunten Garten als Bonus. Der Jachthaven, Supermarkt und zahllose Restaurants liegen um die Ecke und trotzdem ist das Haus in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse gelegen. Auch ein herrlicher Ausgangspunkt für lange Spaziergänge in der umringenden Natur. Absolut zu Empfehlen um eine Auszeit zu nehmen. Wir kommen schnell und gerne wieder!”

    “Cozy warmth in WinterThe chalet is a nice and warm cozy double storey place. Very nice scenery perched on the hill above wengen centre during the day and night. It is a bit of uphill walk from the town centre. So maybe better to have a taxi if luggage is heavy.”
