    “Der Vermieter war freundlich und zuverlässig, die Kommunikation im Vorfeld hat sehr gut geklappt. U-Bahn Station, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Speiselokale sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Allerdings verfügt die Wohnung nur über 2 Klapp-Sofas, und kein Bett. Wird das Sofa im Vorraum ausgeklappt, ist der Raum voll. Außerdem sollte erwähnt werden, daß sich die Wohnung im 3. Stock befindet, und nur über die 90 Stufen zu erreichen ist. Für ältere Menschen mit Gepäck kann das schon eine echte Herausforderung sein.”

    “Empfehlenswert für alle, die keinen perfekten Renovierungszustand von Haus und Wohnung erwarten. Faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Positiv: Nähe zu Naschmarkt und U-Bahn; Wohnung relativ ruhig; Ausstattung völlig i.O.; sehr freundlicher Vermieter Negativ: Allgemeinzustand des Hauses (insb. Treppenhaus); innerhalb der Wohnung viele kleinere Macken an Türen, Wänden, Böden etc.; (Klapp-)Betten nicht sehr bequem”

    “Positiv: Im Vorfeld hat die Kommunikation wunderbar geklappt, wir (4 köpfige Familie mit jugendlichen Söhnen) wurden nett empfangen und alles wurde in Ruhe erklärt, auch unsere Fahrräder fanden einen Platz im Hof. Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar nah an vielen Spots im Zentrum und man darf mal reinschnuppern wie es sich lebt als "echter Wiener" im Altbau. Vielen Dank an den Herrn Schradt, wir haben die Zeit genossen und falls wir in absehbarer Zeit wiederkommen, auf jeden Fall wieder in die Schönbrunnerstraße 79!”
