The apartment consists of a living/dining room with a kitchen in the same room, three bedrooms each with a double bed, two bathrooms and a lovely roof terrace overlooking the sea and the island of Krk.
All three bedrooms of this apartment have their own air conditioning, a Smart TV TV and a sea view from the windows.
The living/dining room with kitchen is about 35 m² in size, also equipped with a Smart TV TV and air conditioning. From the living area you have direct access to the 18 m² roof terrace of this apartment.
The very pleasant designed roof terrace has a table with chairs and as a highlight its own whirlpool from which one can enjoy the sea view and simply relax in peace. The whirlpool is suitable for up to three people with its two Comfort loungers and a Comfort seat.
In the outdoor area, all guests of this house expected in 2018 newly built, heated swimming pool. Next to the swimming pool is a pool area which is equipped with 8 sun loungers. These are meant to be able to fill up the sun for hours. If it gets too hot, you can cool off with the outdoor shower and in the 24 m² swimming pool.
Against boredom you can pass the time in the pool with the counter-swimming and the massage jets. In addition, behind the house is a common terrace for all 3 units with barbecue facilities available.
