Huset ligger naturskönt, ca 4 km norr om Visby med promenadstråk och Snäckgärdets sandstrand med restaurang och bryggor intill. På 20 minuter cyklar du cykelvägen utmed havet till Visby och Almedalen. Huset har en stor trädgård och parkering.

Huset på 75m2 är byggt på 1700-talet och har ljusa moderna rum samtliga med havsutsikt. Övervåningen har 4 bäddar samt ett nyrenoverat badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin/torktumlare. På nedervåningen finns vardagsrum (med bäddsoffa om så önskas) och matsal med öppen spis, intill köket med kyl, frys och diskmaskin.

Huset har en stor trädgård samt grönområden och strandpromenader alldeles intill. På den stora möblerade altanen kan du grilla, umgås och njuta av solnedgången över havet.

Huset ligger i närheten av ett lugnt campingområde med minigolfbana och liten restaurang samt pool (som är öppen vissa tider för restauranggästerna). Flygplatsen ligger en kilometer bort och flera stadsbussar stannar i närheten (100m) av huset.
