Dista circa 350mt dal mare .Il parcheggio è libero davanti alla palazzina.



Il lungomare ha una bella pista ciclabile che la collega sia a Villa Rosa che ad Alba Adriatica attraverso un nuovissimo pontile in legno, per un totale di circa 25km.Gli amanti delle passeggiate in bici lo apprezzeranno moltissimo. Il mare ha un fondale sabbioso e per i primi 100mt verso i frangifrutti ha una profondità che sale lentamente fino a 50cm,consentendovi di rilassarvi in tutta sicurezza e tranquillità con i vostri bambini in acqua.Soluzione ideale per chi è in vacanza con NEONATI,BAMBINI,ANZIANI ed APPASSIONATI DI PESCA. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono bar gelaterie,ristoranti,pista ciclabile,negozi etc.... Inoltre a 10 minuti a piedi si ragiunge il centro sportivo "Tempo Libero" dove si possono svolgere diverse attività quali:Tennis,pattinaggio su pista,bocce,diverse attrezzature giochi per bambini etc..... A 2 Km c'è Il parco avventura per bambini di tutte le età e anche adulti,dove potranno fare arrampicate seguiti da istruttori professionisti. A Martinsicuro troverete anche la "Bau Beach",la spiaggia dedicata ai nostri amici a quattro zampe.
