The holiday house Luce is placed on the island of Pasman, in bay Stivanja. The island of Pasman is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts.This house can accommodate maximum 6 persons, there are two seperate bedrooms, each with double bed, an two extra beds on the couch in the living room. This is a pet-friendly accommodation, pets are welcome on request and against surcharge. The kitchen contains cutlery and crockery, cooking stove, a refrigerator (135 l) with freezer compartment (60 l) and a SAT TV. There is also an outside shower, with a water container with water for showering, that heats up from the warmth of the sun.The house is accessible by car. After getting off the 9km long asphalt road leading from ferry port in the town of Tkon, the house is directly accessible by car (parking place is in front of the house) on a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) 6km long road over the hill, that can be strongly affected by weather conditions. These roads are passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only. The water tank holds 10.000 l. Electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V, but no household appliancies may be used except of battery rechargers and appliances already in the offer of the house. Due to a solar powered boiler, running warm and cold water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom and the toilet. The water and electricity should be spent here sparingly. The water is staying in the tank in hot weather, so we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking. Bed linen, bathroom towels and kitchen cloths are prepared for you; fresh ones are provided after each week of stay. Beach towels are regrettably not available, please bring these with you from home. Bring along your cell phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house, using your regular household recharger. Guests may have Wi-Fi internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid SIM-card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. Guests need to place this SIM-card in one of their own devices, which will then work as a hotspot. There is a possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driving license for open waters).Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency in Biograd, because the transfer and the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is very inconvenient at night, or even impossible, after the last ferry has sailed out.     “Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist großartig. Die Einrichtung individuell, warm und sehr liebevoll, so dass wir uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl fühlten. Im 1. Stock ist es ein wenig warm nachts. Unten im Wohnraum und einem weiteren Schlafzimmer sehr angenehm. Mit kleinen "Mitbwohnern" haben wir auch Bekanntschaft gemacht. Konsequentes Türen schließen hat aber sehr geholfen und die Fenster haben alle eine Fliegengitter, das sich auch öffnen lässt. Warmwasser war immer zum Duschen da. Lediglich in der Küche haben wir eine neuere Pfanne vermisst. Aber das hat der prima Steinofen im Außenbereich wett gemacht. Das Häuschen kostet vielleicht ein bisschen mehr, uns war es das zu dritt mit Hund wert. Der Außenbereich war auch sehr schön gestaltet: Eine lauschige Laube, ein Hängesessel auf der Terasse und eine Hollywodschaukel mit seitlichem Blick auf das Meer. Vom Balkon aus hatte man einen fantastischen Blick zum Meer. Der Weg dorthin war wunderschön verschlungen und sehr kurz`;) Der Badeplatz war betoniert und man konnte gut von dort aus ins glasklare Meer gelangen. An den Rändern waren viele Seeigel, aber mit Badeschuhen kein Problem. Der einzige Minuspunkt, der bei den Bildern auf den Portalen nicht sichtbar ist, ist das große und hohe Nachbarhaus: Es steht vielleicht 30 m vor dem Haus und nimmt den schönen Blick auf das Meer. Da ist dann nur eine Rückwand vom Hängesessel aus zu sehen. Der Garten mit Olivenbäumen wäre auch schön, aber eben wegen diesem Haus nicht so attraktiv. Für uns war unser Ferienhaus weit und breit das schönste. In dieser Bucht sind nur noch drei oder vier weitere Häuser. Wir hatten den Strand und die Bucht für uns allein. Stiven, der Besitzer des Hauses holte uns in Nevidane an einem Parkplatz ab und fuhr den abenteuerlichen, aber machbaren Weg über die Insel. Ansonsten sahen wir ihn nur ein- oder zweimal, weil er zum Fischen kam. Ein toller Urlaub mit viel Rückzug aus dem Irrsinn dieses Lebens. Wir sahen kein Fern, nutzten das Wlan auch, wir genossen die Natur und ihre Geräusche und konnten sehr entschleunigen.”
