At about 3 km from the picturesque village of Anghiari, in a hilly position, is this semi-detached house with communal pool, ideal for those who love the tranquility of the Tuscan hills. On the ground floor is a kitchen with pizza oven, a bedroom and a bathroom; on the second floor large living room with sofa bed, a bathroom and the second bedroom. For exclusive use is a terrace with barbecue and garden area. The large garden of about 10,000 m² is shared with the house owners. Besides the pool area you will find here a large covered terrace equipped with various games for children. Anghiari is one of the most characteristic medieval towns of the Valtiberina, here you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay: bars, wine bars, trattorias; small shops and artisan shops, art galleries and more. On Wednesdays is a colorful market. Do not miss to visit the nearby Citerna (6 km) with panoramic views of the valley and Monterchi (8 km) with its famous "Madonna del Parto" by Piero della Francesca. The Renaissance Master was born in nearby Sansepolcro (10 km), where there is also the Pinacoteca dedicated to him. The position allows you to easily reach Arezzo (30 km), Perugia (70 km), Siena and Florence (about 100 km).
