Ganz privat - am unteren Teil der Finca gelegen, mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Küste und das Dorf Mijas. Ein großer Pool und zwei Tennisplätze sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Bequeme Liegestühle sind vorhanden und die überdachte Terrasse direkt am Pool lädt zu Kaffee oder Erfrischungsgetränken ein, wenn Sie sich eine Pause von der Sonne oder einer Partie Tennis gönnen möchten.
Das Haus, die untere versetzte Etage eines größeren Hauses, umfasst drei Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer, die alle in einen geräumigen, hellen Ess- und Wohnbereich münden. Die extragroße Terrasse lädt zum Grillen und Essen im Freien ein. Für Kinder gibt es eine Wiese zum Spielen und eine Tischtennisplatte sowie auch diverse Brettspiele. Zwei weitere Doppelzimmer befinden sich in der oberen Ebene, jeweils mit eigenem Balkon.

Das Anwesen wurde kürzlich umfassend renoviert und umfasst heute insgesamt 5 Häuser, 2 Swimmingpools, 3 Tennisplätze und weitere Annehmlichkeiten.
